Strong(H)er is a progressive strength program designed specifically for women.


This is monthly programming created using scientifically proven training methods that work to help you get stronger, more mobile, and back into connection with your body.


What To Expect:


- Initial lifestyle questionanaire assessed by your coach prior to program allocation, to ensure personalised coaching.

- Access to The Shero Life coaching app so your program is easily accessible anywhere in the world. Complete with exercise videos, habit and lifestyle coaching content to ensure you get the most of your new training program.

- 3 x 60 min strength workouts per week

- In app messaging for feedback and support in your training program.

- Monthly check-ins with your coach for continued support and guidance.


When you sign up, your coach will contact you to find out more about you to ensure the program fits your life perfectly.


This is an ongoing monthly program, with a minimum 2 month commitment.
