HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Book a call with our Head Coach (Phone call in UAE / Zoom call if international)
Step 2: Choose your training location & equipment available:
a. Home (No Weights)
b. Home (With Weights)
c. Gym
Step 3: Go through our Personalized Assessment questions with our Head Coach
a. Needs, Goals & Timeframes
b. Limitations, Injuries, Aches, Pains and Discomforts
c. Diet & Lifestyle
d. Any Equipment / Weight limitations
Step 4: Sign out PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)
Note: A PARQ is a form that comprises of Medical History, Medication, History of
Illness or any major concerns related to strength training.
Step 5: Receive your program on our app and you are all set to achieve your goals.

HOW IS SHERO TRAINING DIFFERENT?
Shero Training Programs are designed with the entirety of you as a woman considered. We use scientifically proven strength training principles combined with education to support recovery, stress management and awareness of your body needs in all areas of life as these are foundational to long term health and fitness.
You won't find 6 day a week HIIT workouts here. Instead you will find structured 3-4 day a week programs that will get you results with the minimal effective dose. Women need to strength train. But you don't need to suffer in the process.
