HOW IS SHERO TRAINING DIFFERENT?
Shero Training Programs are designed with the entirety of you as a woman considered. We use scientifically proven strength training principles combined with education to support recovery, stress management and awareness of your body needs in all areas of life as these are foundational to long term health and fitness.
You won't find 6 day a week HIIT workouts here. Instead you will find structured 3-4 day a week programs that will get you results with the minimal effective dose. Women need to strength train. But you don't need to suffer in the process.
