Begin(H)er is a program designed specifically for women beginning on their strength training journey.


This program will give you the foundation for success in the gym as you progress in your training journey.


What To Expect

  • Initial lifestyle questionnaire consultation with your coach prior to program allocation.
  • 3 x 60 min Strength and Conditioning Workouts per week.
  • In app messaging for coaching feedback & one detailed monthly check-in for feedback and support.
  • Access to The Shero Life Coaching App to make your program easily accessible anywhere. Complete with exercise videos, habit and lifestyle coaching to get the most of your new training routine.


When you sign up, your coach will contact you to find out more about you to ensure the program fits your life perfectly. 


This is an 8 week program.
