My name is Malin and I am a coach and co-founder, together with my husband Ross, over at Better Body Collective! I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years now, 8 of which has been in Dubai!
My passion for fitness started when I was about 17 years old. I first fell into fitness, resistance training specifically, almost by accident... I didn’t expect the positive results I had, not only from a physical point of view but even more so from a mental and emotional point of view! I believe with every essence of my body that training and nutrition should build you up, from the inside and out. It should ADD VALUE to your life, not detract from it.
Sadly, more often than not, I see the opposite. I see women desperately wanting to lose weight, get healthy, improve energy and feel more confident. Instead ending up in a worse place than when they started. They’re left feeling frustrated, confused & overwhelmed, often stuck in YoYo dieting cycles developing poor relationships with food, and their own bodies.
My goal is to help as many women as possible turn this around, show them the way, so that they can focus on becoming the best version of themselves!
