I started my career as a marketing practitioner before turning to fitness. I competed at CrossFit Regionals as part of a team in 2014 (Seoul) and 2015 (Copenhagen). I was a Nike ambassador and NTC trainer.
I specialise in creating strength and conditioning programmes as well as nutrition plans that suit each client varied needs and goals. I help build foundation strength and mobility, before progressing to intense compound movements because working out doesn't mean you need to get injured. I build different training plans for men and women based on their differing goals and physiology.
