Acharya Prakash - Founder of Nepal Yoga Home. He has a Master Degree in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness. Acharya is an international Instructor of Yoga & Meditation. Expert facilitator on Lifestyle Management, Stress Management, Positive Attitude and Yogic Philosophy. His PHD in Meditation is ongoing from Nepal Sanskrit University.

What type of food will there be on retreat? I have a specific dietary need, will there be options?
The food is nutritious vegan nepalese food. If you have any food allergies please notify us after registering.
Are dinners included? All meals are included, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
I'm traveling alone - Can I have my own private room?
We have many people joining our yoga retreats on their own – our solo guests can enjoy a single room all to themselves.
Can I share a room with someone else?
Yes! If you are a solo traveler who wants to share, or if you want to share with a friend who is also coming. In this case register for a shared room and you will be matched with another awesome woman.
I'd like to come with someone else who won't be practicing yoga, is that ok?

Can we book extra classes or treatments during the retreat?
The agenda has a full day of classes already, though if you would like to book massages or ayurveda treatments the Nepal Yoga Home is located next to Nepal Ayurveda Home to take advantage of treatments.
Are yoga mats provided?
Yes, Yoga mats and props are provided. Just bring yourself!
Are flights included?
No, Flights aren’t included.
When should I arrive, and when should I plan to leave?
It is recommended to book a flight that will arrive in Kathmandu between 9am - 2pm on Fri 21st Oct, once your flights are scheduled we will organise airport transfers.
Departing flights should be booked for anytime after 3pm on the Wed 26th Oct.
Can I arrive early or stay later after the yoga retreat ends?
Yes, if you’d like to arrive earlier or stay a few days extra, we can arrange that for you at minimal extra cost through Nepal Yoga Home. Just notify us of this after registering.
What airport should I fly into? How far is the hotel from the airport?
The international airport in Kathmandu is Tribhuvan International Airport which is a 40min drive from Nepal Yoga Home.
What’s the weather like?
October is one of the best months to visit Nepal with highs of 26 degrees celsius, and lows of 14 degrees.
Currency, credit cards, cash?
Cash is the preferred payment method, though most tourist locations will also accept cards. We suggest exchanging currency before you arrive.
Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, There is free WiFi at Nepal Yoga Home
Is there air conditioning? The accommodation is air conditioned for your comfort
Is there a safety box in the rooms? There are some safety boxes though not all rooms on the property have them. If you require one please notify us after registering.
Electricity voltage and power adapters?
For Nepal Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins, plug type D is the plug which has three round pins in a triangular pattern. Nepal operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.

What is the Cancelation Policy?
There is a 35% cancellation fee upto Oct 5th, no cancellations after that date.
